You can expect to receive the following types of information:

  • Clients: Details and updates about your case, follow-up communications from prior conversations, and scheduling information.

  • Witnesses: Initial contact to discuss a case and information regarding scheduling interviews and other logistics.

We ask for opt-in via email by writing: Do you consent to receive SMS from Spark Justice Law?  If you agree, you consent to receive SMS for conversational purposes. SMS Consent Communication:

The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Types of SMS Communications:

If you have consented to receive text messages from Spark Justice, you may receive messages related to the following (provide specific examples):

·         Follow-up communications

·         Scheduling or logistical updates


Example: "Hello, this is Spark Law with a friendly reminder of your upcoming deposition at [Location] on [Date] at [Time]. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging at any time."

Message Frequency:

"Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 10 SMS messages per week regarding your case status."

Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

Opt-In Method:

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from Spark Law in the following way:


  ·         Verbally, using the following script:

“Do you agree to receive conversational text messages from Spark Law? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For assistance, text HELP or visit our website at https://www.spark-law.com/. To opt out at any time text STOP. Visit https://www.spark-law.com/privacy-policy for privacy policy and https://www.spark-law.com/terms-of-service for Terms of Service.”


·         If you provide verbal confirmation, you will then be asked to opt-in to recieve SMS messages from Spaw Law through email, using the following script:

“Do you agree to receive conversational text messages from Spark Law? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For assistance, text HELP or visit our website at https://www.spark-law.com/. To opt out at any time text STOP. You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.
