Libby Palmer serves as the paralegal at Spark Justice Law LLC. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2021. After serving as a temporary Discovery Clerk with the Colorado State Public Defender, Libby worked as a Criminal Defense Investigator for the Golden Regional Office of the Colorado State Public Defender.

In 2024, Libby began pursuing her Juris Doctor part-time at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and is expected to graduate and sit for the Colorado Bar Exam in 2028.

Libby joined Spark Justice Law in 2026. In her role, she works closely with clients to gather and organize evidence in support of their claims and utilizes her background in investigation to meet and connect with witnesses to more fully develop the firm's cases.
